RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All sale items are final and no returns will be accepted. No underwear or swimwear can be returned. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal label. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/ exchange may result in a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. VPL does not assume return shipping costs.
How do I make a return or exchange?
After reviewing the above return policy send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with RETURN and your four digit order number in the subject heading (example) :RETURN 1234
Please state the item(s) being returned and a brief explanation in your email. If the return is approved you will receive a Return Authorization number (RA) that you will put on the box or shipping label as well as the address for which to send. Returns without an RA number will NOT be processed. Shipping address will be advised together with RA number.
We suggest selecting an insured shipping method. This will provide you resources should something happen to your package in transit. VPL cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
When will my credit card refunded?
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to you account once they have received the information from VPL.
Where do I send my return or exchange?
You will send to the address provided to you with you RA number. Please use this attached form.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday. VPL will contact you with a follow-up e-mail if the merchandize you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS
Cost: International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to.
Orders placed before 12PM will begin processing immediately and usually ship the same day.
Customs Information Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; VPL has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from VPL, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Privacy upon International Shipments
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject of opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
